Change is never easy, especially when it comes to something as ingrained as the way we do our work. When ABN AMRO Bank decided to radically change their operations, they came to me for help. Together with the communications team, I devised a plan to encourage employees to embrace the change. That meant creating informative and inspiring content that made employees see the benefits of the new changes, and clear instructions on how to make those changes. The initiative was a success, and I am proud of my contribution.
